LED There Be Light will make every effort to provide the quickest delivery possible. All in stock orders which are placed Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) before 4PM eastern time will be shipped the same day. All in stock orders placed after 4PM will ship the next business day. If we don’t have the item in stock we can sometimes get it shipped the same day from the manufacture.
If the order contains any back order items from the manufacture they will be shipped when the items become available. Should your order contain back ordered items we will notify you by email as to the items and estimated ship time of the item.
If an item is marked as "Ordered on Demand" that means that the item is ordered as needed. We expedite this Factory Direct item to your door. Typical lead times for items to ship to you range from 3-7 business days. This time frame is solely dependant on the manufacture filling the order and shipping the item.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.
When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking link within 24 hours. If you have been set up for an online account in our system you may also login to your account for the latest order status, tracking and re-order information.
If you have received your order and received the wrong item (s) please fill out our return form so we can make the necessary changes to your order and expedite the delivery of your replacement items.

Occasionally we may ship you only a partial order due to not having a particular item on hand. If that were to have happened you should already received an email stating that your missing item is back ordered. You will only be charged once for shipping. All future shipments to fill that specific order will not incur any additional shipping cost.
An item that is "Ordered on Demand" is when an item is not in stock at our facility and will be shipped at a later date or shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will notify all customers if any items that they ordered will not be shipped within 3-7 business days. When a partial order is shipped you will notice a disposition noted as "B" on your packing list indicating backordered items.
I have a UPS or FedEx account number I would like to use.
If your order is processed online it will be shipped using the shipping company chosen by our facility or the manufacture’s if the order is coming from them. If you require alternative shipping methods or need your order expedited please contact customer service at 470-205-4555 immediately after submitting your order.
If you receive any order that appears to be damaged, please DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER because many times there may only be a small number of actual damaged items. You should accept the order, inventory any damaged item and contact us by filling out contact form and specify return as type of contact. You should also include your order number, specific item that was damaged so we can expedite the shipment of the replacement item.

Customers who require a large volume order are encouraged to fill out our contact form and specify HIGH VOLUME ORDERS in the type of contact and give us product item numbers and someone will contact you.
